Southgate Industrial, City of Guelph

This industrial site was in excess of 30 hectares and was designed for a state-of-the-art facility. PEIL's responsibilities included:

• Establishing the hazard land buffer limit;
• Grading and servicing design and layout for over 30 ha of land;
• Design construction and layout of 800m of the Southgate Drive extension.

Laurel Creek Village, City of Waterloo

This project involved the construction of over 3,200m of new subdivision road. PEIL managed the entire project from initial existing condition Total Station survey through to construction administration and inspection.
