PEIL provides an integrated team of planners, engineers and landscape architects to clients that enables them to meet the challenge on any land development project. We offer a multi-disciplinary package of services that address all aspects of the land development process at any scale.

Our services include technical planning design, project costing and cost flow profiles, market and policy analysis, civil, municipal and structural engineering, transportation planning, stormwater management and noise studies. Our project management personnel provide the direction and integration of these services towards approval and implementation of the project.
