PEIL undertakes numerous site plans for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects ranging in size from a one acre Quick Service Restaurant site such as a Tim Hortons or McDonald's restaurant to a 20 acre industrial mall. No matter the size or proposed use of the site, PEIL pays careful attention to site design to ensure the site is compatible with the adjacent properties and will function efficiently when constructed.

Through the use of our in-house services including planning, municipal engineering, environmental planning and landscape architecture, PEIL is able to coordinate the design process creating a site plan that is functional from a site layout and engineering perspective with an attractive and easily maintained landscape concept. This coordination enables PEIL to develop a plan in a comprehensive, cost effective and timely manner.

We ensure that all plans meet the requirements of the local Municipality, Region and any other agencies that may be involved, as well as making sure all Site Plan Conditions are met. This ensures a quick and efficient submission process.
