The Planning Act and respective Ontario Regulations provides the legislative authority and guidance for the processing of the broad range of applications from Official Plan Amendments to Minor Variances. It is recognized that it is not just completing the application form but the ability to complete the detailed supporting technical reports for all planning applications is one of the benefits that PEIL provides in a professional, efficient and economical format.
