PEIL has prepared many types of Condominium applications, including standard, common element and vacant land, for various landowners within the Kitchener-Waterloo Region, Hamilton and Greater Toronto Area. We work closely with the client and/or landowner as well as their surveyor and solicitor to develop a condominium strategy or approach that would best suit the client with regard for the proposed development and area.

Also very popular among land/building owners are Condominium conversions. There has been a dramatic increase in the past ten years with respect to these types of applications, due in part to the growing number of empty nesters, particularly in areas such as Hamilton, London and Cambridge. With the increase in the single family housing market and consequent increases in apartment vacancy, conversion of existing rental stock to condominium tenure is a viable option.
