MASTER PLANS

At PEIL, we believe that master planning is an essential part of the development process where we balance the demand for facilities and services with environmentally responsible solutions. This 'balance' is a continual goal and part of our vision for new development.

The Landscape Architecture Department has been actively involved in the master planning of subdivisions within the Kitchener-Waterloo Region. More recently, we have applied our expertise to large Greenfield developments in Elmira and Grand Bend.
