Planning & Engineering Initiatives Ltd.’s (PEIL) Engineering Department has grown over the years both in size and diversity. The department works on a variety of projects from public sector infrastructure projects to private sector land development of all sizes and complexities. Services include topographic surveying, base plan preparation, preliminary and final design, water resources, acoustical studies, and construction tendering and administration.

Our engineering services are augmented with state-of-the-art hardware and software including GPS and robotic Total Station survey equipment, and the most current versions of Land Development Desktop, MicroStation and various add-on productivity software.
