Since PEIL's inception, we have developed in-house procedures which ensure effective contracts are prepared and executed and that construction is completed as per design and municipal standard requirements.

We have established very effective contract documentation and assist our clients through the contract preparation, tendering and award process.

Contract administration and inspection is of special importance given the increased requirements of environmental protection. Monitoring of environmental concerns is required by many municipalities/agencies and we have developed report formats/protocols for various highly sensitive areas abutting our projects.

Where a construction project abuts existing developed areas, it is of special importance to respect the needs of those existing owners. Noise, dust and service interruptions are all part of construction activities. PEIL is well aware of these issues and thus we ensure that we involve adjacent land owners during the design phase and to continually notify land owners at construction startup and throughout the construction period.
